The heat is on: You're on the move again. And whether hiking, yachting, or ambling is your sport, the more fun you're having, the fitter, and prettier, you'll be. Why not maintain the glow by becoming a natural beauty? Pamper yourself with these easy treatments--you'll look as good as you feel.

        Cleansing Milks And Facials

Today's active woman supplements her skin-care regime with gentle cleansing milks and stimulating facials. Cleansing milks remove grime and nourish the complexion. Suitable for all skin types, they may be used every day. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

-Milk and honey: Warm one-quarter cup milk and one-quarter cup honey in a saucepan. When the honey has melted, message the lukewarm liquid into your face and neck; follow with a warm-water rinse. You'll find that milk-and-honey lotion tightens pores and smooths bumpy skin.

Select a facial suited to your skin type, and use it whenever you want to look your best. Apply facials to clean, damp skin, leave them on for ten minutes, and remove with warm water.

-Buttermilk blot: Add enough oatmeal or cornmeal to one-quarter cup buttermilk to make a paste. Recommended for combination (both oily and dry) skin.

-Orange-aid: Combine equal amounts fresh orange juice and cornmeal. Try an orange-aid on a hot day: You'll feel ultra fresh. Recommended for normal skin.

-The essential avocado: Cream half an avocado, and beat in an egg yolk. This rich emollient will soften the most weather-beaten complexion.

        -Fruit salad: Mash a
